Returns & Exchanges
- You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at support@aeraandco.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Shipping: We'll provide you with a return shipping label.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll make sure to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
